Mary Domenico Costume Design for RAWdance

Our very own fearless leader, Mary Domenico, recently designed costumes for Loving Still, created and performed by RAWdance, a spectacular, San Francisco-based dance company. Loving Still was a multi-dimensional gallery show, dance performance, and historical walking tour, unearthing the secret history of queer culture in Jackson Square, San Francisco’s original “gayborhood”. The performance featured a series of duets based on the photographs in Loving: A Photographic History of Men in Love, 1850’s -1950’s, by Hugh Nini and Neal Treadwell.
