Bio
Shawn Burke loves the transformative power of makeup. She excels at both simple, glowing looks and the judicious use of bold pops of color. She has worked in film, television, and print advertising for many years, but still loves each individual connection she makes on set.
Shawn grew up off the grid, without electricity or a phone, and that experience sparked her passion for creativity. Her love affair for makeup began while she was in middle school, searching the aisles of her small town Rexall drug store for the perfect blue eyeshadow. An avid estate sale fan and vintage shopper, Shawn is known for her fearless style and love of bling. She is constantly inspired by her two sons, movies, art, flowers, and her community and is deeply proud to call the Bay Area home.
